A book signing and after party were held in Tukwila, Washington in celebration of the recent release of the Dr. Dre biography "Rollin' With Dre". At the end of the night one man was left dead and another was critically injured.
According to Allhiphop.com,police reported shots rang out around 2:00 am in the parking lot of Gordon’s on the Green, the venue where the after party took place.
When police arrived they were met by 300 people in the parking lot and utter chaos. According to Tukwila Police Department spokesman Michael Murphy.
"When we first got there, there was panic, people were trying to care for the wounded, people were trying to get out of there, people were scared. It wasn't a healthy scene," Murphy said. "It took about 20 minutes to get everything calmed down."
Two men shot, Their identities have not been revealed. A 24 year old man was pronounced dead upon his arrival at Seattle’s Harborview Medical Center. While a 25 year old man was left in critical condition.
"We don't know if the victims were involved in a fight or if they were ambushed or what. We just don't know yet," Murphy added.
