GRAVY is actually killin' me with his "Biggie" persona. It's kinda eery...And damn if D. Luke don't make even Diddy sexy.If you haven't already, pick up NOTORIOUS by Cheo Hodori Coker. This is book on which the film is based. Cheo was actually Biggie's ONLY authorized biographer, one hell of a writer and a dope cat. So put down the remote and read a flippin' book!

Tupac Shakur's mother, Afeni Shakur, has responded to the flap over the Los Angeles Times' discredited article about her son by saying the foundation she created in his memory "will continue to work to save the lives of our young people and to offer peaceful alternatives to violence and conflict resolution. That is what we have done since the murder of my son, and that is exactly what we will consciously continue to do."
Having had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Afeni several times and hearing her speak, I can say this statement comes with all sincerity. Hopefully this is the last word. Unless of course Diddy decides to sue.

The reporter behind the controversial LA TIMES article (which claims that Sean Combs & Christopher Wallace knew before-hand of the NYC attack on rapper Tupac Shakur), Chuck Phillips - isn't backing down. He says he put six-months into that piece and he did his due diligence.
"I try to go and find people who are directly involved or know people who are involved in the actual crime," Philips told BET.com. "I work the same as police do except I'm not a cop so people are not afraid to talk to me because I'm not going to arrest them."
In addition to the witnesses, Phillips also claims to have twice given Diddy the opportunity to respond and he said he reached out to Henchman as well.
"[Diddy] knew what the story was going to say. He decided not to comment," Phillips said.

Responding to the claims in the inflammatory LA TIMES article published this morning, reps for Sean "Diddy" Combs released the following statement:“This story is beyond ridiculous and is completely false. Neither Biggie nor I had any knowledge of any attack before, during, or after it happened. It is a complete lie to suggest that there was any involvement by Biggie or myself. I am shocked that the Los Angeles Times would be so irresponsible as to publish such a baseless and completely untrue story.” he said.
The article, written as a companion piece to the forthcoming book about the murder of Tupac Shakur, author Chuck Phillips claims that Combs, along with Christopher "Notorious BIG" Wallace, not only knew of Shakur's impending attack but also claims that Wallace offered up $1 Million to gang members to carry it out.

On the 11th anniversary of the murder of Christopher 'Notorious B.I.G.' Wallace, a rag-tag group of heavyweights released a tribute track entitled "Can I Speak To Biggie?"
The track, unaffiliated with DIDDY or his Bad Boy Records, was produced by MONTE and features 50 CENT, JADAKISS, BOBBY VALENTINO and BIZZY BONE among others.
Monte told SOHH.COM, the inspiration for the track came from a conversation he had with Mase and Jadakiss, where the three discussed doing a song in honor of Biggie.
