CHRIS BROWN headlined day 2 of the Thisday Africa Rising festival in Logos, Nigeria.

The three day fest is meant to inform the international community that what Africa needs is not aid and grant but massive investment in infrastructure and microfinance which will help the individual countries and their citizenry to fully develop their potentials.

Boy, Stop.

MARY J. and her new favorite wig, coincidentally my least favorite wig, also took the stage. Didn't we talk about summer boots? I felt like we did. Maybe we need to have that talk again. Cause I know good and damn well it was hotter than a hooker's panties over there.

And FAT JOE rolled through.

Tittay's for the citay!

And NAOMI CAPMBELL & TYSON BECKFORD stopped by a Logos hospital to visit a maternity ward.

Beautiful.
