AKON'S second-degree harassment/Child endangerment trial has been delayed another month to give both sides more time to prepare. The trial will resume on August 6th.
The incident at the center of the case stems from the singer alledgedly throwing a 15 year old fan from the stage last year at KFEST in NYC.
The victims mother was in court today as well, saying the delay in the long-beleagured trial was "typical."
If convicted of all charges, the singer faces more than a year in jail.
