Khloe Kardashian, Kim's 24-year-old little sis, is headed to jail this week to start serving a 30-day sentence for probation violation stemming from a DUI charge she notched back in March 2007.
"Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved," her rep, Jeff Raymond, said in a statement Monday.
The scenester and clothing boutique co-owner was sentenced Aug. 27 to 36 months' probation and community service with the California Department of Transportation, as well as ordered to complete an alcohol-education program, after pleading no contest to driving under the influence on March 4, 2007, according to Los Angeles City Attorney's Office spokesman Frank Mateljan.
An attorney for the Keeping Up With the Kardashians player admitted July 3 in L.A. Superior Court in Van Nuys that she had not completed the alcohol class or the community service.
Khloe was ordered to reenroll in the program, but the Caltrans part of her sentence was scrapped and she was ordered to spend 30 days behind bars—which, due to chronic overcrowding in L.A. County, will likely end up being more like three, at the most—for violating the terms of her probation.
Her offer to "surrender directly" to Lynwood County Jail was denied. Instead, she's scheduled to turn herself in July 18. She must start attending the alcohol class within 21 days of her release.
"Drinking and driving should be taken very seriously and unfortunately, Khloe had to learn the hard way," mom Kris Jenner said in a statement to E! News. "I hope Khloe will learn from her mistakes and I hope all of her brothers and sisters will learn from her actions and consequences. As always, we love and support our children."
And in the spirit of both sisterhood and information-sharing, Kim Kardashian wrote on her personal blog today:
"I have been getting asked all day if Khloe is going to jail. I know my fans rely on coming to my blog for the truth...
"Khloe wants you to know she was sentenced to go to jail in regards to her one DUI case last year. Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved. I urge people to learn from the mistakes of others. Please drink responsibly and it's never acceptable to drink and drive!"

So EVERYTIME I see KHLOE KARDASHIAN (Kim's annoying lil' sister) I'm like where in the hell have I seen this chick before...And then it dawns on me: Doesn't Khloe look EXACTLY like failed WWE wrestler/reality show f**k-up Jonie (Chyna) Lawler?
