You ever just have one of those days where you walk down the street with the attitude, "If a mutha' says the wrong thing to me, I'm just gonna go the phuck off"?
Well apparently MIKE EPPS does.

At LAX yesterday he went off into what seems like an unprovoked rant against a paprazzo and eventually the cops had to step in and break it up. WTF is his problem lately. First he's not paying child support, then he's attacking the process server who trying to serve him papers TO pay his child support and all the while his cuteness is fading.

The guy who served comedian Mike Epps paternity court papers claims Epps served him a can of whoop ass!

The victim told the Louisville Police Department he attempted to serve Epps while the comedian was backstage at Kentucky's Louisville Gardens. As the server was handing the papers over, he claims he was attacked by Epps and a few other guys. According to the police report, he suffered an abrasion to the right side of his head and his left eye was swollen shut.

Mike Epps is the prime suspect. Epps' reps couldn't be reached for comment.

MIKE EPPS, the (married) actor/comedian is being named as the baby daddy to a Georgia woman who gave birth in December 2007.

Randy Kessler, the woman's lawyer, says Epps has refused to submit to a paternity test or provide any support for the child, saying, "We are not asking for the moon, we are just asking him to take a paternity test. Once the tests are completed and paternity is confirmed, hopefully, Mr. Epps will do the right thing and begin to provide for his child."

Kessler says he and his client initially wanted to work things out privately, but those efforts have been ignored by Epps and his camp. The paternity suit was filed in early February, and since then, Kessler says he has sent five letters and made a number of phone calls to Epps' lawyers -- and all he got back was silence.

Damn. Maybe Diddy should offer free condems with his car service.
