SIGH...What kinda Left Eye ish is this?

So apparently the two alarm blaze this morning at 50 Cent's Jersey estate, yes the very same estate that he has been bitterly battling his baby mama for, was "suspicious."

Shaniqua Thompkins (yes her name is Shaniqua), along with her two kids (including 50's 11 year old, Marquise), were all sleeping when the blaze woke them around 5am. Six people in total were taken to the hospital. All were treated for smoke inhalation and then released.

Paul Katsandonis, Shaniqua's lawyer, tells us that his client is "traumatized" by the fire and that the kids are similarly in total shock. Shaniqua Tompkins, told TMZ that she heard "someone" come into the house this morning at 4 AM, shortly before the fire broke out around a hour later.

She then told several paps that Fiddy has previously threatened her and that she believes this was him trying to kill her. She also alledges that the rapper, currently on his 'He-Man Woman Haters Tour' (Ok, not really) has yet to call to check on his son.

Tompkins said she was in an upstairs bedroom when she said she heard something crash through a window downstairs -- and she scrambled to wake everyone and get them all out of the burning house.

Douglas Bose, an off-duty police officer who was passing by at the time, came to the rescue. He called 911 and went to the rear of the house, where the occupants were trapped on the second floor. Police said he instructed all six people to exit through a window and come out on to the roof. They each jumped down, and he was able to catch them.

Calls to Fiddy's folks went unreturned. Howvever his reps did release this statement:

"Curtis Jackson expressed deep concern over this fire at his property. He is extremely thankful that everyone including his son, Marquise, escaped the burning house safely. He is confident that authorities will be conducting a thorough investigation of the incident and is eager to review their findings."

His laywer then issued THIS statement some hours later...

"Any suggestion that Mr. Jackson had anything whatsoever to do with the fire at his home is outrageous and offensive."

Yesterday, testimony in their bitter battle was moved to the supreme courts building due to security concerns regarding the explosive argument that errupted the day before.

And apparently there's video of Fiddy & his BM arguing in the streets like a couple of...

Money can not buy class. He could just give her the house...it means nothing to him...pay his court appointed palimony and child support and keep it moving...they both have obviously moved on...and remember that the son is watching his parents behaviour along with the rest of the world.
