Depending on who you ask, KANYE'S performance this weekend at Bonaroo (the Tenn. weekend music fest), sucked for one of two reasons.
The first theory, one confirmed with Ye's reps, was that the singer was all set to go on at 2:45am however, a delayed performance by Pearl Jam, and the amount of time it took to set up Kanye's elaborate set delayed his performance until a blistery 4:25.
Now the second theory was that Pearl Jam didn't run more than 30 minutes over their allotted time and that it was West who didn't show until almost 4am.
Either way, folks were pissed. Some left the staging area in protest and crawled their little pissy selves into their sleeping bags and ignored him and others stayed and heckled and threw bottles.
Hmmm, you know what, ish happens. Deal with it.
